  1. What is included with the show and buffet ticket option?
    • Our hot buffet, complete salad bar, and beverage are included (specialty drinks are not included). Meals are available at Berlin Farmstead Restaurant in Berlin, Dutch Valley Restaurant adjacent to the Ohio Star Theater, or Der Dutchman Restaurant in Walnut Creek. We recommend that guests check our restaurant waitlists online and allow a minimum of two hours for dining and three hours during our peak fall season in October. For additional questions please call the box office at 855-344-7547. Gratuity is not included for individual buffet and show combinations but is included for group reservations (20 or more tickets).
  2. What is your Refund Policy?
    • We generally do not offer refunds; however, we offer in-house credit to purchase tickets for another show or concert. We must be notified before the start of the performance to issue the ticket credit, credits are non-transferable.
  3. How can I purchase tickets?
    • To purchase tickets, call us directly at 330-852-8445 or toll-free at 855-344-7547 to purchase tickets. You can also purchase tickets online at ohiostartheater.com. Ohiostartheater.com is the only authorized online seller of tickets for Ohio Star Theater.
  4. How do I purchase specialty tickets such as child tickets or handicap-accessible seats?
    • To purchase specialty tickets, please call the box office.
