SUGARCREEK, Ohio – Fans of three music legends can experience the next best thing at Ohio Star Theater.
The theater will host three tribute shows in February, beginning with Salute to the King, a rock and roll journey through the music of Elvis Presley. Presented on Friday, Feb. 6, at 1 and 7 p.m., Salute to the King will feature three Elvis look- and sound-alikes performing three decades of Presley’s greatest hits, from “Heartbreak Hotel” to “Burning Love.”
On Saturday, Feb. 14th, Michael Dutra and his Strictly Sinatra Band will present two Valentine’s Day tributes to Frank Sinatra, serenading couples with classic songs from the iconic crooner dubbed the “Sultan of Swoon.” Performances start at 1 and 7 p.m., and those attending will receive a special Valentine’s Day treat.
Finally, on Friday, Feb. 20 at 1 and 7 p.m., Ohio Star Theater will welcome Chicago Rewired: The Premier Chicago Tribute Band. Made up of seasoned musicians with the shared goal of accurately replicating the soundtrack to so many great memories, the band will pay homage to one of the longest running and most successful pop/rock groups in history.
