The Dutchman Hospitality campuses in Ohio, Indiana, and Florida are a short drive from major metropolitan areas, making them ideal destinations for a day trip or an affordable weekend getaway.

Dutch Valley Campus
Sugarcreek, Ohio

Driving times: Cleveland – 90 minutes away; Columbus – 2 hours away; Pittsburgh – 2 hours away
What to expect: The campus is home to Dutch Valley Restaurant, Dutch Valley Gifts, the Carlisle Inn Sugarcreek, and Ohio Star Theater, allowing visitors to dine, shop, stay, and catch a show in one convenient location. Now through Nov. 5, experience the theater’s new Bible-based musical – Elijah: Prophet of Fire! There’s also a playground, picnic area, and playhouses for the little ones to explore.

Walnut Creek Campus
Walnut Creek, Ohio

What to expect: Fill up on traditional Amish comfort food and baked goods while enjoying panoramic views of the countryside at the original Der Dutchman location. After your meal, head across the street to Carlisle Gifts, where you’re sure to find the perfect present, wardrobe addition, or souvenir to commemorate your trip. Then top it off with a relaxing overnight stay at the Carlisle Inn Walnut Creek.

Essenhaus Campus
Middlebury, Indiana

Driving times: Chicago – 2+ hours away; Indianapolis – 3 hours away; Detroit – 3 hours away
What to expect: Enjoy delicious food, boutique shopping, cozy accommodations, and plenty of family-friendly fun at the home of Indiana’s largest restaurant. The campus also features an outdoor miniature golf course with an ice cream shop and hosts a classic car cruise-in each Thursday evening from June through November.
