SARASOTA – The 2025 DHG Sarasota Anniversary Awards Banquet was held on June 29 at the Carlisle Inn with a Kentucky Derby theme.
Lori Aguilar was surprised with the 2025 President’s Award, an honor reserved for one exceptional DHG team member companywide. The servers she leads say she takes exceptional care of guests and team, even when she’s not feeling the best. Lori is loved and respected despite having to make decisions that aren’t always popular. She handles every situation with patience and kindness, always has a smile on her face, and is willing to inconvenience herself for the sake of others.
Arie Gingerich received an Excellence Award for exemplifying six outstanding traits: a desire to serve, dependability, enthusiasm, a great work ethic, problem-solving skills, and organization. Arie is described as a kind soul and work mom to many who cares greatly for guests and coworkers. She is always willing to pick up shifts, go the extra mile, and help out wherever needed.
Lori and Ari are both in their third year with the company.
