Is my Transaction Secure?
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our secure certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.
Problems Adding to Cart? Cookies must be enabled within browser settings, more information here for enabling cookies. Lowering the security settings may also help. AOL users may need to turn on cookies as some browser versions are set to off by default. High personal firewall privacy settings may also effect cart operation but in most cases not. Norton / Symantec Personal Firewall users may have HTTP Referrers turned off. Norton Internet Security when set to not report HTTP Referrers is a so called "privacy" issue for a user. For the website owner it's a "security" issue if they don't report the referrer, almost a catch-22. Just turn referrers on by: Advanced Options / Privace Tab / Referer

Canceling an Order
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled contacting us. Or by Tel: 330-893-2926.
Dutchman Online Store ships via UPS. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of the respective shippers. UPS shipping rates are quoted in real time with current available UPS shipping methods and rates available to you wherever you may be located. Handling charges may apply. Orders (other than gift cards) with no UPS shipping selected will not be shipped.

Because of surprise charges, such as duties and brokerage fees on shipments to Canada, we no longer accept Canadian orders.
Shipments to the West Coast (Oregon, Idaho and Washington)
From our location in northeast Ohio, it may take more than five days for a shipment to reach the states in the Northwest. Your shipment be likely to sit in a UPS warehouse over the weekend. For optimal freshness of food items, we prefer to ship our items in five days or less. We recommend expedited shipping to Oregon, Idaho and Washington. Shipping Baked items
To ensure freshness, we bake your order especially for you. Because these are custom orders, please add one day to your expected delivery date. If you are on a deadline, please call 800-852-2631, ext 1217 to discuss.
DHGroup.com accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment.
Why was no shipping added to my order?
You have chosen the shipping option that applies to gift cards only. Orders with no UPS shipping cannot be sent. Please call 800-852-2631 ext 1217 for more information.
There is a 7.00% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Ohio.
