Our newest event at Sugarcreek will be the professional drama, The Confession.
The Confession is a captivating story of a young Amish woman who is caught in
the middle of secrets and scandal, love lost and love found, and personal
heartache and healing.
Based upon the novels written by Beverly Lewis, who USA Today hails as the
"Queen of the Genre" when it comes to Amish love stories. The story comes from
the trilogy of The Shunning, The Confession, and The Reckoning.
The music for The Confession has been written and produced in Nashville,
Tennessee, where the best of the best gather to collaborate on projects, hence
the name, Music City. The script has been written by veteran writer, Martha Bolton who is best known
for her work with Bob Hope, Mark Lowry, and Chonda Pierce. More about The Confession
Tickets for performances of The Confession are currently on sale through our box
office at 877-722-7547. Call to ask about dates. Motorcoach groups, churches and
other large groups are welcome! Special performances may be arranged for groups of 50 persons or more.

Our New Year's Eve Party with a Purpose Dinner Concert for 2012 features...
Wes Hampton Wes won the 2006
Singing News Horizon Individual Fan Award for best new artist and was nominated
with the Gaither Vocal Band for a Grammy in 2007 and 2008.
His first project with the Gaither Vocal Band, Give it
Away, won three Dove Awards from the GMA in 2007 for best southern gospel song
of the year, best southern gospel record of the year and best long form video of
the year.
Taylor Mason His experience as a
comedy writer, ventriloquist and performer has taken him from The Second City
Theater in Chicago to headlining gigs at every major comedy club across the
country. He is as comfortable writing and executing humor for corporate clients
like Microsoft and Wal-Mart as he is doing a show for teens or children on a
Disney Cruise ship. Taylor Mason stays out of the bedroom and out of the
bathroom (which sets him apart from most comedy acts today) and concentrates on
jokes and punch lines.
The Taylors The Taylors are
a brother-sister quartet from the heart of North Carolina. Jonathan, Suzanne,
Christopher, and Leslie are dedicated to stirring up the faith of the Christian
community, as well as reaching others with the good news of Jesus Christ through
Gospel music. Recently, they were nominated as the Top 10 Horizon Group of the
Year for 2010 and Top 5 Horizon Group of the Year for 2011 by Singing News
Fans.
A Party with A Purpose will have two seatings at Carlisle Inn Sugarcreek: 1pm
with dinner to follow and 9pm with dinner before the show. The full gourmet meal
will be served by Dutch Valley Restaurant next door.
